Overall it was tidy with bathroom. This hotel was located in a very central area adjacent to access centre of town, the train station and ferry terminal and a great restaurant.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Great place to stay with great and perfect location just off an almost perfect location to access centre of town, and the port. Very helpful staff during our stay. Easy check-in, easy check-out.

Had lovely stay for one night. The hotel was in an exceptionally nice and perfect position near to the train station and the ferry terminal as well as midway between the train station. There was Pyper nearby, offering quick meals. Double room was newly remodelled with comfy bed.

the staff were caring, the room was warm enough and the bed was really nice. and it also had exceptional view. the staff did all they can for a good stay. the hotel has top location really close to cruise ship port as well as the waterfront. i liked that pyper was nearby. it had excellent swimming pool too.

We loved this hotel and stayed for 1 night. The owner upon arrival was friendly. The continental breakfast offered lots of dishes. A comfortable place for overnight stay in Civitavecchia. The staff offered excellent customer service. Moreover, free WiFi was very useful.
